Our Story

Flow Rollin

Most brands in jiujitsu are built around kill-or-be-killed highlight reels.

Flow Rollin was built for everything in between.

It’s for the late-night open mats, the “one more round” lies, the fake “let’s take it light” agreements that somehow turn into ADCC scrambles, and the people who keep showing up anyway.

We’re not here to pretend every roll is war. We’re here for the rounds where you actually learn something, laugh a little, and leave the mat wanting to come back tomorrow.

Where Flow Rollin started

Flow Rollin started the same place most bad decisions and great ideas happen: after class, sweaty, sitting on the edge of the mat talking shit with training partners.

We kept noticing the same thing:

  • Everyone said they loved “flow rolling,”
  • But once the timer beeped, nobody actually flowed.

There’s a big gap between how people talk about training and what really happens on the mat. That gap is where this brand lives.

We wanted shirts that felt like inside jokes between people who actually train, not generic “no pain no gain” gym quotes slapped on stiff tees.

So Flow Rollin became a way to:

  • Roast the lies we tell each other before every round
  • Celebrate the weird culture only grapplers understand
  • Give you something to wear that instantly signals “yeah, I actually train”

What “flow roll” means to us

Real flow rolling isn’t lazy.

It’s that sweet spot where:

  • You’re trying to win, but you’re not trying to kill your friend
  • You’re pushing your timing, not your ego
  • You care more about movement and learning than scoreboard points

Flow Rollin is built around that idea: the long game.

  • Stay on the mat
  • Keep your joints intact
  • Keep training fun enough that you don’t burn out

We love hard rounds and comp prep. But we also want you rolling in 10 years, not just next month.

Why Bella+Canvas 3001 and not garbage blanks

If you’re going to live in these shirts — to and from the gym, at open mats, at work under a hoodie — they can’t feel like giveaway promo trash.

That’s why we use Bella+Canvas 3001 for our core tees:

  • Soft enough to feel like a favorite from day one
  • Light enough to actually breathe when you’re sweaty
  • Cut in a way that doesn’t punish you for lifting or rolling

We design around real mat-life, and we print on blanks that don’t suck. Simple as that.

Designed by people who actually train

Flow Rollin isn’t a random print-on-demand farm throwing keywords at the wall.

Every design starts from:
